HON LEEANNE ENOCH MP

The Hon Leeanne Enoch MP is the Queensland Minister for Environment and the Great Barrier Reef, Minister for Science and Minister for the Arts. She has previously held portfolios for Innovation and the Digital Economy and Small Business.


MAYOR DAVID O’ LOUGHLIN

David O’Loughlin is the Mayor of the City of Prospect in South Australia and the President of the Australian Local Government Association, the peak body representing Local Government. David has championed economic development, regional service sharing, service improvements and more.


KOSI LATU

Kosi Latu is Director General of the Secretariat of the Pacific Regional Environment Programme (SPREP). Key priority areas include: climate change resilience; island and ocean ecosystems; waste management and pollution control; and environmental monitoring and governance.
