It’s an EPIC time to create change in healthcare!

In partnership, Plastic Oceans Australasia and the Climate and Health Alliance are delivering a first of its kind project seeking to reduce the amount of single-use plastic waste in the healthcare sector.

Perth’s King Edward Memorial Hospital will be first to join the sustainable healthcare project, focusing the ability of POA’s EPIC Business Program to create meaningful change, applicable to other Australasian health institutions. “The EPIC Business Program provides a comprehensive and supportive system for health services to address their plastic challenges,” said Ricki Hersburgh POA Executive Director.

The project is proudly supported by the Minderoo Foundation’s Flourishing Oceans Initiative. 🐳🌊🐟
